“I have had numerous builders build houses for me (having overseen nearly 100 builds in the last 3 years), and through this experience, you get to know the differences between the processes builders use.
The process used by Pullin Property is extremely thorough - right from setting out the foundations, all the way through to final adjustments on doors and hardware. Wayne and his men double-check measurements, take the extra time to centre doors or windows, and work their way through a build very systematically, which ensures little things don’t get missed.
Wayne makes the process easy because he contacts relevant sub trades and arranges for site measures and delivery of doors, windows and roofing, co-ordinates the installs and makes sure any and all relevant engineers and council inspections are booked, passed and results kept on hand for reference.
With regards to my own home, one of the features that stands out for most guests, is the long hallway and huge open living. These features if attempted by an average builder, are not easy to get right. You would normally see a discrepancy or crooked run somewhere in such long runs of wall. This is not the case with my house, everything is beautifully straight and the windows and doors are all centred perfectly.
Wayne and his team have a friendly nature and are very approachable. I often have clients go out of their way to tell me how happy they are with Wayne and the Pullin Property team; that they are very professional in what they do, and are a pleasure to deal with.
